Berjaya Praslin spreads its rooms through lush tropical gardens just back from Côte d’Or, the long calm bay on Praslin’s east coast. It has the feel of a low-rise Creole village more than a hotel block, with chalets tucked among the palms and takamaka trees.
The beach at Anse Volbert is a very short walk away, calm and shallow and safe for swimming, with the little islands of Chauve Souris and St Pierre floating just offshore for an easy snorkel trip.

The mood is peaceful and unhurried, popular with couples and families who want a comfortable, good-value base rather than a resort spectacle. A pool, restaurant and easy access to the beach cover the essentials.
Côte d’Or is the best launch point for Praslin, so the Vallée de Mai, Anse Lazio and the boats to Curieuse and La Digue are all close at hand.
