Two beaches and a marine park
Ephelia is one of the biggest and most complete resorts in Seychelles, spanning a whole headland at Port Launay with a beach on either side and the protected waters of the Port Launay Marine National Park at its feet. Mangroves, hills and gardens fill the space between, laced with paths and buggies.
The scale means variety. There are several restaurants, multiple pools, a huge spa, a dive centre, tennis and a genuine sense of a resort you need never leave. Villas and suites range from family-friendly to private and secluded.
Luxury for families and couples alike
Unlike some of the adults-only hideaways, Ephelia works well for families as well as couples, with kids’ facilities and space to spread out, while still delivering five-star comfort and service. The marine park offshore is excellent for snorkelling straight from the beach.
It suits travellers who want a full-service luxury resort with plenty of choice, activities and dining, rather than a small, quiet retreat.
